Final status: After further investigating the HAR trace logs, we’ve determined that a recent code change made to the Microsoft Bookings service mailbox caused the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) extraction from Bookings page URL to return malformed. Our aforementioned two permanent fixes are currently still deploying to the affected environments, and in the meantime, we’ve disabled the problematic code change to quickly address the impact while our solutions finish deploying. We’ve received feedback from some users that disabling the change has restored the service functionality.
