Users located in Paraguay may see their time as one hour ahead of the current time.

Current status: We’ve determined that a nation-wide decision regarding the time zone was implemented and the patch to accommodate this change, while being deployed, hasn’t completed its deployment to align with this change. We’re monitoring the ongoing deployment of the patch to address this issue and expect that it should complete to resolve this problem by our next update.
