Users may be able to open PDF attachments in other Exchange Online clients to avoid the issue.

Current status: We’ve identified that a recent service update, intended to improve code manageability and future feature development, is inadvertently causing impact. We’ve developed and have begun deploying a fix to remediate impact.

Scope of impact: Any user trying to open PDF attachments in any shared mailbox in Outlook on the web may be impacted.
