Affected users can change their webpart local settings to English-US as a workaround to avoid this issue until a permanent fix is available.

Current status: We’re completing the final rounds of validations for our deployment of a change to allow for more robust logging surrounding the API leveraged in the impact scenario, which we intend to be complete by the time of our next scheduled update. This will allow us to further our investigation and better understand the underlying root cause. Additionally, we’re validating with a subset of affected users if impact is still ongoing as we’ve received customer reports of the issue being potentially resolved.
