Potential connection failures with the Call Quality Power BI connector.

We’ve detected a problem where some customers are unable to successfully connect to the Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) using the Microsoft Call Quality Power BI connector due to an outdated connector file. If you have not updated this connector since September 2023, you may encounter unexpected errors when trying to connect to CQD in Microsoft Power BI.

If you don’t fix this problem, users in your organization may be unable to use the Microsoft Call Quality Power BI connector to analyze Call Quality Dashboard data in Microsoft Power BI.
