We’ve previously deployed a fix to ensure further devices don’t encounter impact. Devices which hadn’t yet reached the In Progress, Update state with the Install started substate were not impacted. These states could’ve been checked in “Organization report” if devices were enabled to share diagnostic telemetry.

Final status: We’ve confirmed from service telemetry that this issue is no longer occurring. We advise that previously affected admins remove the pause the on Windows Feature Updates gradually, rather than all at once, to experience full impact remediation, and contact a support representative should any issues persist.

Scope of impact: Some users that leverage Windows desktop devices may have been impacted.
