User impact: Admins may be unable to approve or decline actions in the Microsoft Defender XDR security portal Action center.

Current status: We’ve identified that a recent service update to a portion of the Microsoft XDR service infrastructure which supports the functionality of the Action center has introduced an authentication issue into the service, resulting in impact. We’ve developed and validated a fix to address the authentication issue, which we’ve begun deploying to the affected environment. We’ll aim to provide a timeline for the deployment to complete by our next scheduled communications update.

Scope of impact: Any admin attempting to approve or decline actions in the Microsoft Defender XDR security portal Action center may be impacted.
