More info: Affected admins receive the following error when viewing overview reports: “There is no data for this report.” This impact is limited to admins in North America viewing overview reports. Admins in other regions aren’t impacted. Current status: Our investigation has determined that the components of Microsoft 365 admin center infrastructure responsible for parsing data for the affected reports encountered an error that caused those components to operate below expected performance thresholds, leading to impact. We’ve developed and are deploying a fix to resolve the error and restore data parsing for the affected reports, after which the backlog of unparsed report data will need to be processed to fully remediate impact. We’ll provide a timeline for this operation as it becomes available. Scope of impact: Admins in North America viewing overview reports in the Microsoft 365 admin center may be impacted.
