User impact: Admins may be unable to view Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams usage data in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

More info: When admins view the Exchange Online usage data for Total Active Users, Amount of Storage Used, and Number of User Mailboxes by Storage Quota, the data may show as zero.

Current status: We’re internally validating a new data restoration to return the expected usage data to the Microsoft 365 admin center and expect an updated timeline to be available by our next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: Any admin attempting to view Exchange Online usage data in the Microsoft 365 admin center may be impacted.

Root cause: An upstream schema mismatch, which occurs when there’s a discrepancy between the data and the expected organization of the data, is preventing usage data from being output and causing the impact.
