User impact: Users may be unable to access the TVM dashboard page in Microsoft 365 Defender portal. More info: Further investigation has revealed that impact is specific to the TVM dashboard page accessed by users in the Microsoft 365 Defender portal. The “Title,” “User impact,” and “Scope of impact” sections have been updated accordingly to reflect this. Current status: Our analysis of newly gathered system logs indicates that a possible network issue may be occurring and contributing to impact. We’re working to confirm this theory as we simultaneously attempt to optimize network quality on the infrastructure supporting Microsoft Defender TVM dashboard functionality so we can potentially expedite remediation. Scope of impact: Impact is specific to any user attempting to access the TVM dashboard page through the Microsoft 365 Defender portal who is served through the affected infrastructure in North America.
