More info: SharePoint Workflow 2013 may not be visible to affected users and the following error message may be received when it’s initiated: “Some Workflows may not be shown. We are unable to reach the Workflow service.”

Current status: We are continuing to investigate whether the recent change may be contributing to the current impact. While this assessment is underway, we are deploying a fix that we expect will help mitigate the issue. We anticipate being able to provide further insights into the root cause in our next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: Some users who are served through the affected infrastructure, attempting to initiate SharePoint Workflow 2013 may be impacted.
