User impact: Users may experience issues with multiple Microsoft 365 services.

Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric – Degraded performance and service unavailability
Windows 365 – Some users are unable to connect to their Windows 365 Cloud PCs

Additionally, the following impact scenarios have been resolved:

Microsoft Teams – Notifications pertaining to existing change notification subscriptions, specifically for new messages, message updates and changes in membership, weren’t delivering as expected.
Microsoft Defender for Identity – Users may have seen their update data take time to process, which could have resulted in incomplete information appearing on the identity inventory page.

Current status: We were able to repair the connectivity for the affected portion of infrastructure and are seeing that the majority of services have recovered. We’re reviewing the remaining impacted services to identify whether any additional mitigation actions are necessary. We’ll provide an update on the recovery status by our next scheduled update time.

Scope of impact: This issue may impact any user in the Switzerland region attempting to utilize the impacted services and functionality in the More Info section.
