More info: Users can directly manage their licenses via either PowerShell or a Microsoft Graph API query. Admins can also use the Users tab in the Microsoft 365 admin center to manage licenses for individuals within their organization. Current status: We’ve isolated that a recent User Experience (UX) change for the Microsoft 365 admin center licenses list page to introduce new service properties contains a misconfiguration which is resulting in the Licenses page to not show data. We’re creating a fix to retrieve the missing UX properties and we aim to provide a timeline to resolution once we’ve validated a deployment timeline. Scope of impact: Some admins may not see any products or subscriptions in the Licenses page of the Microsoft 365 admin center.
