Final status: Our analysis identified a portion of directory operations infrastructure which became imbalanced during a period of high traffic volume and caused authorization failures associated with impact. We’ve successfully rebalanced traffic across the affected infrastructure and confirmed after a period of monitoring that the impact is no longer occurring.
