More info: This notification concerns persistent user impact resulting from events described in MO545600, which we’ve determined is a significantly rarer occurrence and does not prevent users from accessing any Microsoft 365 services. We identified the condition through additional customer reports and our own internal validations that a second layer of impact to a small group of search queries is causing some users to receive partial or incomplete results. Affected queries performed within customized or legacy versions of the search user interface (UI) within Microsoft 365 service platforms may receive an error when encountering this problem, although no error will be shown for occurrences of the issue within the modern search UI. Current status: We’re still observing positive signals while we continue to test our fix and expect it to be completed by our next update. If our testing proves our fix to be successful, we will incrementally deploy it to the affected customer environments.
