More info: The impacted users can authenticate without issue, but they receive the error “Cannot Get Mail. The connection to the server failed.” when trying to refresh email messages in the Mail app. Current status: We’ve received feedback from some users that the issue has been remediated by our actions to disable an offending change to the QUIC feature. We’re reaching out to other impacted users to confirm if this solution worked for them as well in order to validate fully that this was the root cause of this issue.
