User impact: Admins may experience delayed information in Windows Autopatch, Microsoft Managed Devices, and Windows 365 services. More info: Some telemetry such as Autopatch device readiness, Microsoft Managed Devices (MMD) device inventory and Windows 365 Cloud PC utilization data may be delayed. Windows 365 new Cloud PC “Success with warning” has been mitigated, and new Cloud PC’s should now be provisioned as “Success”. All data for all services will be delivered without loss upon service restoration. Current status: We identified a portion of infrastructure is experiencing high CPU load. We’re working to reroute traffic to alternate infrastructure to remediate the impact. Scope of impact: This issue may potentially affect any user viewing the affected information in Windows 365, Windows Autopatch, and MMD.
