Current status: We initiated index maintenance to repair search index errors on Sunday, May 7, 2023, and are actively tracking the progress across our regional infrastructure groups. We’ve also introduced an additional fix to our query service as of Monday, May 8, 2023, to fortify search performance and allow more complete results when encountering partial failures from index error conditions. Our preliminary observations show this to be effective in substantially reducing impact during these events while the long-term fix works to reduce their occurrence.
