Current status: We’ve confirmed that an upstream configuration service on which our service is dependent is performing below acceptable thresholds, resulting in the impact. We’re manually applying traffic optimization measures and observing early signs of recovery. In addition to the traffic optimizations, we’re determining whether there are any further actions which can be taken to expedite impact resolution.
