User impact: Users’ queries may fail with an error in Copilot Chat.

More info: Users may see the following error message: “Sorry, something went wrong. Service unavailable. Please try again.”

Current status: We’ve successfully completed applying our manual mitigations to recover the performance of the responsible configuration service, however additional remediation steps are needed to resolve this impact to Copilot Chat queries. We’re manually restarting a subset of the affected infrastructure to confirm that this action will achieve resolution before applying this fix to all affected environments. 

Scope of impact: Any user attempting to run queries in Copilot Chat may experience failures in completing the action.
