User impact: Admins may be unable to track open email counts in the Microsoft 365 admin center organizational messages. Current status: We’ve updated our public documentation to reflect that admins will be able to view the open counts of any Organizational message emails sent before the disablement; however, the open counts of any Organizational message emails sent after the disablement will be unavailable to admins. We anticipate that the in-app banner within Organizational Messages experiences (under Reports in Microsoft 365 admin center) to notify admins of this change, will be reflected by our next scheduled update. Scope of impact: Any admin attempting to view open counts for their emails sent with Organizational messages in the Microsoft 365 admin center may be impacted.
