Final status: After a recursive analysis of additional metrics, we’ve observed persistent recovery across all previously affected scenarios. Closer analysis identified a recent change associated with our ongoing service resilience efforts which overloaded our traffic management processes and caused impact. The service is now restored; however, users whose calls and meetings were previously affected may need to end and restart those calls and meetings to see full recovery.
