More info: Affected users see that their refresh operations remain stuck in an “In Progress” state. This issue impacts a subset of Power BI dataflows (Gen1).

Current status: We’ve determined that a recent service update designed to improve Power BI service monitoring and observability inadvertently introduced a regression that is preventing some Gen1 dataflow refresh operations from completing successfully. We’ve implemented a fix to mitigate the impact and have received confirmation from a subset of affected users that it successfully restores dataflow refresh operations. We’re continuing to apply the fix across affected environments while monitoring service telemetry to confirm recovery.
