User impact: Users may be unable to join shared channels using some links to messages in Microsoft Teams. More info: This issue specifically affects links generated using the “Copy Link” options within the three dots menu located at the top right of the shared channel. Users can bypass this impact by generating links to channels using any alternate method, such as by right-clicking on the channel in the left rail menu or any specific message within the shared channel and choosing the “Copy Link” option there. Current status: We’re investigating a potential issue with the Microsoft Teams service and checking for impact to your organization. We’ll provide an update within 30 minutes. |
