– Authentication-related errors when accessing Exchange Online services.
– Difficulties accessing or performing actions within Exchange administration experiences.
– Intermittent failures affecting mailbox operations and message delivery work
– Delays or failures when sending or receiving email messages via Outlook for iOS and Android.
– Users may be unable to use room finder in Outlook calendars.
– Users may be unable to sign in to Outlook on the web.

Current status: We continue to observe positive recovery trends through ongoing monitoring, with most affected users no longer experiencing disruption. We remain focused on identifying and resolving any remaining issues while implementing targeted mitigations to support a stable and consistent user experience.
