– Users couldn’t access Search Coach and Search Progress in Teams for Education; reports indicated that it couldn’t be added as a Teams tab and existing experiences were failing.

– Parent/guardian (“related contact”) information couldn’t be retrieved through School Data Sync (SDS). Any scenarios depending on related contacts failed.

-Education admins couldn’t trigger batch age-gating operations from SDS through the Microsoft 365 admin center

– Admins and users couldn’t access Education configuration pages and saw an error message “cannot load page” in Microsoft 365 admin center

– Admins couldn’t create or manage Speaker Progress resources using Speaker Progress Graph APIs
