User impact: Users may be unable to create or publish assignments in OneNote.

Current status: While our fix is continuing to deploy at a rate slower than originally anticipated, we’re observing some reduction in the associated errors. However, our analysis of the infrastructure to which the fix has been deployed shows some portions aren’t updating as expected, which is preventing the full remediation of the impact. We’re analyzing these affected portions of infrastructure to determine whether there are any other actions necessary to totally resolve the issue.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users attempting to create or publish assignments in Microsoft OneNote.
