The following usage reports have recovered as of October 15, 2026:
– Mailbox usage reports
– Microsoft Teams User activity reports
– Microsoft 365 Group activity reports

Current status: After our optimizations addressed the delays for Mailbox usage, Microsoft Teams User activity, and Microsoft 365 Group activity reports, we’ve determined that our pipeline is also producing delays for Microsoft 365 Apps Active Users reports, Overview, and Forms reports. We’re enabling the same optimizations to affected users which we’re expecting to remediate the impact.

Scope of impact: Some admins may not see updated usage reports in the Microsoft 365 admin center with varying delays. This section may be updated as the investigation progresses.

Root cause: Upstream processes responsible for managing user data were unable to process data as effectively as expected, leading to delays populating user reports.

現状:最適化でメールボックス使用、Microsoft Teamsユーザー活動、Microsoft 365グループ活動レポートの遅延に対応した後、パイプラインがMicrosoft 365 Apps Active Usersレポート、概要、フォームレポートにも遅延が発生していることが判明しました。影響を受けたユーザーに対しても同様の最適化を有効にしており、その影響を是正することを期待しています。

影響範囲:一部の管理者はMicrosoft 365管理センターで更新された使用報告を遅延して見られない場合があります。このセクションは調査の進展に伴い更新される可能性があります。

根本原因:ユーザーデータの管理を担当する上流プロセスが期待通りにデータを処理できず、ユーザーレポートの入力遅延を引き起こしました。
