Current status: We’re determined that an infrastructure migration is producing corrupt file formatting and delaying our upstream data processing for the remaining affected reports. We’ve validated that the corrupt file formatting doesn’t affect the data output from these reports, and we’re deploying our pre-discussed fix to remove the infrastructure mitigation and return expected data to the remaining affected reports.

Scope of impact: Some admins may not see updated usage reports in the Microsoft 365 admin center with varying delays. This section may be updated as the investigation progresses.

Root cause: An upstream process responsible for managing user data is unable to process data as effectively as expected, leading to delays populating user reports.

根本原因:ユーザーデータの管理を担当する上流プロセスが期待通りにデータを処理できず、ユーザーレポートの入力遅延を引き起こします。
