Current status: We’re investigating reports raised via our monitoring telemetry which indicates intermittent errors in the Microsoft Planner web app or the Tasks app in Microsoft Teams. We’re analyzing service telemetry gathered from the infrastructure on which Planner and Tasks functionality is dependent so we can better understand the issue and determine our next troubleshooting steps.

Scope of impact: Any user in North America hosted out of the affected infrastructure may experience intermittent impact when attempting to use the Microsoft Planner web app or perform actions in the Tasks app in Microsoft Teams.
