Current status: We’ve identified that the aforementioned section of infrastructure is operating below acceptable thresholds due to an unexpected increase in user traffic. We’re rerouting user traffic to alternate healthy infrastructure and applying traffic optimization commands to remediate impact.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure in Germany attempting to modify or open Excel files in any Microsoft 365 service.
