We’re excited to announce that the Header Search feature in Teams admin center will be Generally available starting from 6/30/2023! This update brings significant enhancements to the search experience, making it simpler than ever to find what you’re looking for.

[When this will happen:]

We will begin rolling this out to the Teams Admin Center in late June and will complete the roll out by mid-July 2023.

[How this affects your organization:]

The Header Search feature now supports a wide range of entities, including Teams, Users, Policies, Settings, Documentation, and more. This means you’ll be able to quickly search for relevant information across these entities within the Teams admin center.

Furthermore, we have added the ability for users to access their search history, allowing them to easily revisit their previous searches.

We look forward to rolling out this update and hope that you’ll enjoy using the new and improved Search feature.

You might want to notify your Teams administrators about this new capability and update your training and documentation as appropriate.
