More info: Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) and Post Office Protocol (POP) connection protocols are impacted, resulting in sign in failures including but not limited to the Outlook desktop client. While we’re focused on remediation, users may be able to use Outlook on the web to access their mailboxes. Current status: Restarting the IMAP service has provided some relief. Additionally, we’ve identified that a deployment issue has resulted in impact. We’re reviewing our recent deployments to determine the next best remediation steps.
