Current status: We’ve identified an upstream data source issue which has inadvertently delayed the data in the Microsoft Teams App report since Wednesday, June 21, 2023. We’re currently importing the data back into the database to ensure reports are up to date and anticipate this will be complete by our next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: Admins viewing the Microsoft Teams App and Teams User activity reports served through the affected infrastructure may be impacted.

Root cause: An upstream data pipeline issue is unexpectedly causing data delays in certain reports.
