More info: Impact is specific to the Edge browser version 114. Users may be able to use version 113 as a workaround. Alternatively, the workaround for Edge 114 is to close all msedge.exe instances on affected machines and run Edge with the ‘―enable features=CompositeScrollAfterPaint,ScrollUnification’ argument.

Current status: We’ve determined a recent version update to Edge, inadvertently contains a regression, which is causing impact to occur. We’re reverting the offending change to remediate impact. We expect to have an estimated completion time by our next scheduled update.
