• The Power Apps “Per User” SKU will be renamed to Power Apps “Premium per user.”
• The Power Automate “Attended RPA per user” SKU will be renamed to Power Automate “Premium per user” and the price will be reduced from $40 per user/month to $15 per user/month.

The updated SKU names and reduced pricing will take effect August 1st, 2023, in the price list. There are no changes to the capabilities or service plans that are included in these SKUs.

How will this affect your organization:

If you are an existing customer of the Power Automate “Attended RPA per user” SKU, you will be eligible to take advantage of the new pricing on your renewal date. If you are an existing customer of the Power Apps “Per User” SKU, your SKU name will be automatically updated in your Microsoft Agreement on August 1st, 2023.
