Current status: We’ve identified, via affected user reports and through our service health monitoring telemetry, that users’ AI-enhanced features and experiences may not work as expected within some Microsoft 365 services. Our investigation so far determined that a configuration update to some endpoints upon which AI-enhanced functionalities are reliant is resulting in impact. While we’re continuing to further examine details regarding this configuration update, we’re attempting to reprovision affected endpoints to expedite resolution.
