We believe impact is specific to tenants configured with both split traffic between Evolved Security Token Service (ESTS) and Outlook on the web or IP enforcement conditional access policies. Current status: The deployment of the mitigating change to optimize the normalization process for incoming URLs is progressing as expected, and our initial monitoring suggests that service health is recovering for some users as the change takes effect in their environment. We’ll provide a timeline to full deployment and remediation as it becomes available.
