Current status: Our analysis from reports has determined that impact is associated with the searches from the Graph API and only occurring against Graph connectors. We’ve updated the Title and User impact portions of this communication to reflect the most accurate information at this time. We’ve isolated a recent service deployment, intended to address an unrelated issue, which has produced a Graph API configuration issue and is preventing search results for users when conducting external searches from the Graph API to a Graph connector. We’re reverting the offending service deployment in our efforts to remediate impact.

Scope of impact: This issue affects any user that’s attempting external searches from the Graph API against Graph connectors.

Root cause: A service update that was intended to address an unrelated issue has produced a misconfiguration with the Graph API.
