Currently, there are two customization controls in the Viva Pulse In-App Admin Experience. The ‘Stock Questions’ control allows employees to edit stock questions. The ‘New questions’ control allows employees to create their own questions. In the upcoming release, we will be merging the two controls into one customization control.

This one control, when turned ON, will allow employees to edit stock questions and add their own questions in the Pulse survey. All customization capabilities will be turned ON when this control is ON, and all customization capabilities will be turned OFF when this control is OFF.  

[When this will happen:]

Rollout will begin in mid-September 2023 and is expected to be fully rolled out by late September 2023.

[How this will affect your organization:]

When we merge the two controls, your organization’s customization setting will be set to the value of the ‘New questions’ control at the time of the change.

• If ‘New questions’ control is ON, and ‘Edit Stock Questions’ control is ON, then the new customization control will be ON.
• If ‘New questions’ control is ON, and ‘Edit Stock Questions’ control is OFF, then the new customization control will be ON.
• If ‘New questions’ control is OFF, and ‘Edit Stock Questions’ control is ON, then the new customization control will be ON. 
• If ‘New questions’ control is OFF, and ‘Edit Stock Questions’ control is OFF, then the new customization will be OFF.   

[What you need to do to prepare:]

You can prepare for this change by completing the following:

1. Identify whether you would like the customization control to be ON or OFF for your organization.
2. If you want customization capabilities for your organization, then make sure the ‘New Questions’ control is set to ‘ON.’
3. If you do not want customization capabilities for your organization, then turn the ‘New Questions’ control ‘OFF.’

現在、Viva パルスアプリ内管理エクスペリエンスには 2 つのカスタマイズ コントロールがあります。「在庫の質問」コントロールを使用すると、従業員は在庫の質問を編集できます。「新しい質問」コントロールを使用すると、従業員は独自の質問を作成できます。今後のリリースでは、2 つのコントロールを 1 つのカスタマイズ コントロールにマージする予定です。

この1つのコントロールをオンにすると、従業員は株式の質問を編集したり、パルス調査に独自の質問を追加したりできます。このコントロールが ON の場合、すべてのカスタマイズ機能がオンになり、このコントロールが OFF の場合、すべてのカスタマイズ機能がオフになります。

ロールアウトは 2023 年 9 月中旬に開始され、2023 年 9 月下旬までに完全にロールアウトされる予定です。

2 つのコントロールを統合すると、組織のカスタマイズ設定は、変更時の [新しい質問] コントロールの値に設定されます。

• 「新しい質問」コントロールがオンで、「ストック質問の編集」コントロールがオンの場合、新しいカスタマイズコントロールはオンになります。
• 「新しい質問」コントロールがオンで、「ストック質問の編集」コントロールがオフの場合、新しいカスタマイズコントロールはオンになります。
• 「新しい質問」コントロールがオフで、「ストック質問の編集」コントロールがオンの場合、新しいカスタマイズコントロールはオンになります。 
• 「新しい質問」コントロールがオフで、「ストック質問の編集」コントロールが オフの場合、新しいカスタマイズはオフになります。

この変更に備えるには、以下を実行します。

1. 組織でカスタマイズ コントロールをオンにするかオフにするかを特定します。
2. 組織のカスタマイズ機能が必要な場合は、[新しい質問] コントロールが [オン] に設定されていることを確認します。
3. 組織のカスタマイズ機能が必要ない場合は、[新しい質問] コントロールを「オフ」にします。
