Current status: With additional testing and validation, we’ve identified that the fix isn’t successful in its current form in resolving the underlying issue. We’re further analyzing the fix to identify if additional code changes will make it viable in addressing the problem, or if a new fix needs to be developed. We’ll provide more details on the new remediation plan by our next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: This issue may affect any user attempting to view created Scheduling Polls.

Root cause: A syncing issue is causing mismatched data to be passed between back-end service authentication components and is preventing users from being able to view polls as expected.
