Current status: We’ve identified that a recent standard service update inadvertently introduced a code regression that’s causing a tenant upgrade failure and blocking the Organization Customization enablement cmdlet. We’ve deployed a fix to prevent further tenant upgrade failures but some admins may still be blocked from using the cmdlet. We’re reviewing further remediation options, including a script, to unblock affected admins.

Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some admins who are served through the affected infrastructure attempting to enable Organization Customizations in Exchange Online.
