Current status: While we’ve confirmed that our fix has finished deploying and expect that impact is largely remediated, we’re deploying an additional fix to prompt the service to upgrade to the newest build, something which is needed to allow the fix to take effect for any admins that remain impacted. While this automatically happens periodically, and admins should experience relief as this occurs, forcing this sooner will provide more expedient remediation for those still affected. We anticipate that this will complete and fully remediate the issue by our next scheduled update. The problem occurs if an organization was recently migrated or is currently being migrated.
