User impact: Users may be unable to add public folders to favorites in Outlook on the web.

More info: Impacted users have the option to click ‘Add Public folder to Favorite’, but nothing happens when they try to perform the action.

Additionally, users that have access to the Outlook desktop client can use this as an alternative method of adding public folders to favorites.

Current status: We’ve identified that the fix saturation is taking longer than initially anticipated, and the deployment saturation is currently 99 percent complete. We expect the majority of users are no longer affected by this issue, and the remaining affected users will experience remediation by our next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: Some users attempting to add public folders to favorites in Outlook on the web may be impacted.
