Users can bypass the issue by downloading and opening affected .MSG files in the Outlook desktop client.

Current status: We’re deploying the fix to the affected environment and we’ve observed via telemetry that this process is almost complete. We anticipate that it will finish by our next scheduled update at which point we’ll reach out to some affected users to further verify that the issue has been resolved.
