We are introducing a change to display the name of the outbound pool used to send a message externally from within Exchange Online. The name of the outbound pool will be included within the message tracing output. This will simplify troubleshooting of mail flow scenarios for Exchange Service Administrators.

[When this will happen:]

This feature is currently rolling out and we expect the change to be fully enabled by mid-November 2023.

[How this will affect your organization:]

The new outbound pool name property is displayed as part of message tracing output. For example, if you trace the message using PowerShell, a new property OutboundIpPoolName will be present in the output and will contain the name of the outbound pool which was used to send that message externally.

You do not need to take any actions to enable this feature on your tenant. We will roll it out automatically.

Exchange Online内から外部にメッセージを送信するために使用される送信プールの名前を表示するように変更されています。送信プールの名前は、メッセージ トレース出力に含まれます。これにより、Exchange サービス管理者のメール フロー シナリオのトラブルシューティングが簡略化されます。

新しい送信プール名プロパティは、メッセージ トレース出力の一部として表示されます。たとえば、PowerShell を使用してメッセージをトレースすると、新しいプロパティ OutboundIpPoolName が出力に表示され、そのメッセージを外部に送信するために使用された送信プールの名前が含まれます。
