A default company-wide organization will be available in Viva Goals to help users easily get started with Goals without going through the organization creation step. Viva Goals admins and IT admins will have control to change the default organization or turn it off.

[When this will happen:]

Standard Release: We will begin rolling out early January 2024 and expect to complete by late January 2024.

[How this will affect your organization:]

For new Viva Goals customers, A company-wide organization will be available by default when getting started with Viva Goals. All users of the tenant with a valid Viva Goals license will have access to this organization. Users can now get started with goals without having to create a new organization. Viva Goals admins and IT admins will have the ability to change the company-wide organization or turn it off. For existing customers, company-wide organization will be turned on based on the admin’s selection.
