More info: This issue impacts admins’ ability to purchase both Basic and Standard Microsoft 365 business products, as well as Microsoft Teams Phone with International Calling.

Current status: We’ve identified that recent changes to the service introduced a misconfiguration which is causing failures when trying to purchase subscriptions of specific Microsoft 365 business products. We’re working to correct the misconfiguration and expect we’ll have a fix deployed, remediating impact, by our next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: This issue may impact any admins attempting to purchase subscriptions of specific Microsoft 365 business products, including Microsoft Teams Phone with International Calling.
