This new feature helps your organization meet global compliance regulations, such as the Digital Markets Act (DMA). You might want to test the new behavior and help your users get ready for this change.

 

You can test this new sign-on behavior by doing the following. Sign in to Windows with a personal Microsoft account, or work or school Entra ID. Then launch an application that supports signing in with those accounts. The region of the device must be set to a country in the European Economic Area (EEA) to see this behavior.
