More info: When selecting the ‘Email preview’ button from email summary flyout or from Email Entity page, admins may see the following error message “Message details couldn’t be found. When a message is soft deleted or hard deleted by the user or the admin, its details no longer exist in the mailbox or server”.

Current status: We’re continuing to monitor our fix as it deploys throughout the affected service environment, and anticipate this process will complete by the time of our next scheduled communications update, remediating impact.
